Party Hearty   Date: December 19, 2003   The party was held at a upscale restaurant on Chunghsiao East Road (ZhongXiao East Road in the new Romanization system used in Taipei City). In total, nearly 30 fun-loving souls showed up for good food, presents and a chance to celebrate the holiday season together.     Kris Kringle, aka Santa Claus.
